Martial Artist of the Month: Sensei D'Jay

This month we would like to acknowledge Sensei D'Jay as the Martial Artist of the Month. Sensei D'Jay is BEDROC's Youth Chief Judo Instructor. He not only trains the Youth for tournaments, he enters them!!

Sensei D'Jay was rushed to the Hospital for emergency surgery on Friday and had his Gallbladder removed. Saturday he checked himself out of the Hospital and made his way to Brockport to Coach his Judo Team at the Renshikan Judo Tournament being held that morning. A week later, still bandaged from surgery, Sensei not only entered but WON !! - The New York State Advanced Heavyweight Division Championship. Now, that my friends, is how it's done!!
